Public consultation on the development of the Organic Sector – extended until June 14th

The Irish Organic Association are reminding members and those interested that there is a public consultation on the development of the organic sector currently open. It opened on April 12th and will now close on June 14th, we are encouraging all members to make a submission.

Members of the public and interested parties are now invited to submit proposals for consideration in the preparation of the new 5-7 year Strategic plan for the development of the Organic Sector, including sectoral and cross sectoral recommendations,  market developments, training and education, public awareness and wider EU policy.

The closing date for written submissions to Organic@agriculture.gov.ie is Thursday, 14th of June 2018
