CSA Conference in Cloughjordan a great success!

February 17th- 19th saw a great conference taking place in Cloughjordan on CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). The event was held in conjunction with IOFGA, NOTS, The Soil Association (UK), URGENCI – Global Network of CSA’s, Cloughjordan Ecovillage, Cultivate, and FEASTA. Over 180 people were present on the Saturday of the conference which shows the growing interest in this area of sustainable food production. Let’s hope that it is the start of the development of lots of CSA in towns accross Ireland.
