The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) is organising a webinar on ‘Starting a Food Business – What you Need to Know’ on Wednesday 7th June at 10:00 AM. The webinar will outline what you need to do in order to set up a food business, who you should talk to and what food legislation you need to comply with. The presentation will cover all types of food businesses, including food trucks and other mobile units. The webinar marks UN World Food Safety Day which aims to raise awareness globally about food safety.
