Organic Farm to School Resource Booklet
IOA have developed a project to increase awareness about organic food and farming in schools. We are working with a small number of organic farmers linking them with their local school. In the project the farmer works with Transition Year students, and they explore the idea of organic farming with them. The students then come out to visit the farm and see the various enterprises taking place at farm level.
