The event, which marked the start of National Organic Week, (13th- 19th September) celebrated all that was good about Irish Organic Food production and was officially opened by ÊMinister for Horticulture Ciarn Cuffe. The sun illuminated the spectacular setting which was the perfect location to host such a great day out. The large crowd was spellbound on the day with the range of activities and events from enchanting storytelling, informative nature walks, organic production talks and cycling trails for the more adventurous!
